Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

 

Finlytics Hub is committed to making finlyticshub.com usable for everyone, regardless of ability or assistive technology. We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA across every page.

 

What we've done

 

  • Semantic HTML — pages use proper landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and heading levels (H1 → H6) in logical order.
  • Keyboard navigation — every interactive element is reachable and operable using only the keyboard. A "skip to main content" link appears as soon as you press Tab.
  • Visible focus — focus indicators are styled to remain clearly visible against every background colour we use.
  • Colour contrast — body text, links, and interactive controls meet or exceed the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required for AA.
  • Reduced motion — if your system prefers reduced motion, our animations and scroll effects automatically disable.
  • Alternative text — informative images carry descriptive alt text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Form labels and errors — every form input is labelled and validation errors are announced to screen readers.
  • Responsive layout — content reflows cleanly at 320px wide and zooms to 200% without horizontal scrolling.

 

Known limitations

 

We want to be honest about what's not yet perfect:

 

  • No formal third-party audit yet — our compliance is based on internal review and automated tooling (axe-core). A formal audit with users of assistive technology is planned but not complete.
  • Embedded Google Calendar — our booking modal embeds Google Calendar, whose accessibility is controlled by Google. If you have trouble booking through the embed, email us and we'll arrange a call directly.
  • PDF guides — downloadable guides on the solution pages are produced by a small team and may not yet be fully accessible. If you need an accessible version, contact us and we'll prepare one.

Accessibility is an ongoing process and we rely on feedback. If something on this site is hard or impossible to use with your assistive technology, please let us know — we'll prioritise a fix and reply within 5 business days.

Formal status

 

Finlytics Hub is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content (notably the third-party embeds noted above) do not yet fully conform, but the bulk of our own content does.
