Cookie Policy
Effective Date: 15 May 2026
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They're how sites remember things between visits — preferences, sign-ins, whether you've accepted a banner. "Similar technologies" includes local storage, which works the same way for our purposes.
Cookies we set
We keep this list short and specific so you can see exactly what's happening.
Strictly necessary
- Cookie consent — a single entry in your browser's local storage that remembers whether you've accepted or dismissed our cookie banner. Without this we'd ask you every page-load. No personal data.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — when you submit a form, Cloudflare may briefly set a cookie to confirm you aren't a bot. It's automatically cleared after the check.
Analytics (consent-gated)
- Google Analytics 4 (
_ga,_ga_*) — only loaded after you accept the cookie banner. Tracks pseudonymous events and page-views. We have IP anonymisation enabled. Retention: 14 months.
Analytics with no cookies
- Vercel Analytics + Speed Insights — measures page-views, Core Web Vitals, and device class without setting cookies and without identifying you. Doesn't need consent under GDPR, so it runs by default.
Third-party embeds
- Google Calendar booking — when you open the booking modal, Google's iframe loads and may set its own cookies subject to Google's policies. See Google's cookie policy.
How to control cookies
- Our banner — if you haven't yet decided, the cookie banner asks for consent on first visit. You can accept or decline. If you change your mind later, clear our domain's local storage in your browser to see the banner again.
- Browser settings — every modern browser lets you block cookies entirely, block third-party cookies, or wipe them periodically. See your browser's help docs for the exact path.
- Opt out of Google Analytics — install Google's opt-out browser add-on to stop analytics tracking across every GA4-enabled site.
Changes to this policy
If we add or remove a cookie, we'll update this page and refresh the effective date above.
