    Diagnostic kickoffs typically within 1–2 weeks of contract signature. Audits and Sprints 2–3 weeks. Fractional and Bespoke depend on scoping completion.

  • Do you work in-region in KSA?

    Yes. Quarterly in-person trips (2–4 weeks each) supplemented by weekly remote rhythm. Australia: home base, in-person flexible.

  • What does your delivery team look like?

    Senior-led: the operator who scopes the engagement is the operator who delivers it. Specialist sub-contractors brought in for specific technical work where useful, always under operator oversight. No bait-and-switch staffing. The senior practitioners you meet during the sales process are the same practitioners building your solution.

  • Do you offer training for our internal teams?

    Yes. Knowledge transfer is a core part of every engagement. We're committed to building your team's capability, not creating long-term dependencies. Workshops, documentation, runbooks, and pair-programming sessions are standard inclusions.

  • How do you measure project success?
